Unit 12 Revision

 [Teaching Aims]

1、         Review the knowledge we’ve learned by some different exercises.

2、         Help students write an introduction of a person.

3、         Train students’ abilities of comprehension and cooperation.

4、         Let Ss have a good conscious of the secret of success,Do anything you can do today.

[Teaching Aids]

PPTpictures, tape recorder

[Key Points and Difficulties]

1、         Review the knowledge by some different exercises.

2、         Help students write an introduction of a person.

[Teaching Procedure]

Step 1: Greeting

Say hello to Ss, and practice their oral English by some Qs.

Step 2: Revision

Review the words of unit 11. Read and clap hands.

Step 3: Lead in

介绍今天的竞争机制——吃螃蟹。看哪一组可以穿过层层管卡直达胜利。

Step 3Presentation

There are three steps to get the top of the tower. Now let’s go!

1>   Game time

Give a photo of myself, and an introduction. This is an example. Then give them the other example——Yao Ming. To do the Observation of famous persons.

Finally, give three photos of famous persons. And their information. Let students discuss in groups. (Four students for each group)

2>   Report.

Choose some of them to report their observation results.

3>   Choosing time.

给出10个阿拉伯数字,每个数字下有一种题型。让每组学生依次任选其一进行竞赛。题型包括选择、连线、情景选择、自我介绍、常识、看图会话。

2、         Introduce yourself.(at least 8 sentences)

3、         Listen unit 11.

今天上的是示范课。主要为了让学生们复习第11单元的知识。同时让学生了解到“无论你的梦想是什么,只要坚定不移,从现在开始努力。每一天,做好每一件事情,打下良好的基础,你的梦想一定会实现。”这节课好的地方是:1、课程设计生动、活泼。虽然是在游戏中进行,但是将课文的重点全部复习到位。2、针对孩子近段时间的学习情况引出本德育部分,为了让孩子了解:学习必须坚持,不能三天打鱼两天晒网。3、帮助孩子在遇到问题是不是先求助他人,而是先学会自己思考,力求能够自己解决。

老师能够交给学生的不仅仅是知识,更重要的是如何去学习以及做人的道理。为了让孩子们更好的学习,我们必须转换思想教会孩子去思考而不是去接受。
